How to Help

Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante and members of Carpenters Local 1109 distribute turkeys during Operation Gobble. FoodLink Youth Ambassadors help unload donations from a mail truck during the Letter Carriers Food Drive.

We’re working to achieve our vision that “No Child Goes Hungry," and you can help!

How to Help

Donate Money: FoodLink can leverage your donation to make it go even further! For every $1 donated, FoodLink can provide $5 worth of food!

Donate Food: FoodLink’s warehouse accepts food donations from a variety of sources. Call us at (559)651-3663 for more information. To find out more about the Emerson Act, which helps to protect food donors, click here.

Volunteer:
FoodLink relies on the help of many individuals and groups who give of their time to help us prepare and distribute food. If you have time to give, there is sure to be a place we can use your talents! Or you may wish to schedule a friendly FoodLink volunteer competition between teams from your workplace or church group! Call us at (559)651-3663 to find out current opportunities.

Use Your Voice:
Elected officials listen to letters they receive from their constituents.  Let them know that you care about hunger-related issues.  Write to our local newspapers and elected representatives.  You can also take a stand by joining a bus delegation from FoodLink for Hunger Action Day this spring in Sacramento!  Contact us to register for this important event: (559)651-3663.
