Nutrition on the Go

This program serves  communities within Tulare  County. "Nutrition on the Go" offers Farmers market/Health fair atmosphere. FoodLink is serving fresh produce to 200 and 300 families per site. Many families come to these sites, not only because of the need but, for the positive experience and support provided to help get their families on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
